DaVita Patient EngagementGorilla Logic
Cross-platform patient platform (Android, iOS, Web). My most lead-heavy engagement: scoped and defined tasks, raised risks early, coordinated the web, QA, iOS and Android teams and the Product Owner through quarterly scrum-of-scrums planning, and stayed hands-on in development, code review and release.
Finish LineGorilla Logic
In-store Android suite for price updates (Bluetooth/ZPL label printing) and product availability, later merged into one modular Kotlin/Compose app. Took full involvement as Tech Lead: design, architecture, ongoing maintenance, CI/CD (Jenkins to Bitrise) and mentoring new team members as the team grew.
ZocdocGorilla Logic
Joined with no onboarding on the codebase or the work process, so learned both independently by asking questions and reading the code. Then gave feedback to improve the process, bridging a disconnect between the dev team, QA and management, including advocating for a dedicated QA member.
Google Art ProjectPOSSIBLE
Integration work with minimal handover: processed zip files to automate data entry in Alfresco, loading art and Street View data for museums, connecting Google App Engine, Maps and Street View.

Corporativo a Aprovisionamiento Celular: integrated ICE's legacy COBOL provisioning system, SIMO, with Alcatel and Ericsson provisioning systems using IBM MQSeries and Java, with Oracle databases as a middle cache for all transactions.
