Things I've built end to end on my own — two full-stack Flutter and Firebase products in testing, experiments in running software development through specialised agents, and hardware built for riding rally.
Kleio
Open testingSolo — design, build and release2026
A full-stack scorekeeper for tabletop games: Flutter on the front end, Firebase for the backend — Firestore for the live shared state, Cloud Functions for the logic behind it. Everyone at the table joins the same scoreboard from their own phone and scores sync as they change, with per-game modes ranging from a simple point tally to Munchkin level and gear tracking.
Adepha
Early accessSolo — design, build and release2026
A food intake tracker built around macro portions instead of gram counting, so logging a meal takes seconds and a plan is practical to follow. Two Flutter front ends over one Firebase backend: the patient app, and a separate admin web app where nutritionists and doctors build plans, link to their patients and follow weekly adherence rather than relying on recall at the next visit.
Multi-agent Enrolment Simulation
Solo developer2026
A simulation of the university enrolment process specified in a PRD: grade generation, student requests, validation against the degree plan, course opening, group formation, timetabling and final assignment. Student agents run as genuinely parallel processes via a ProcessPoolExecutor, while the orchestrator runs the sequential phases that need shared state. Pure Python standard library — no database, no services, no runtime dependencies.
AI Engineering Framework
Author2026
Rather than asking a single model to "build an application", the framework splits the work across defined engineering roles — product owner, engineering manager, planner, architect, backend, frontend, DevOps, tester, reviewer — each operating inside explicit boundaries and communicating only through standardised artifacts called Bolts. The aim is the things single-assistant workflows tend to lose: architectural consistency, long-term context and repeatable process.
Digital Roadbook Controller for Motorcycle Rally
Designer and builder2025
I compete in motorcycle rally, where the roadbook has to be worked at speed — so I designed a handlebar button box to drive it properly, rather than settling for what was available. Now in its fourth hardware iteration, running the TerraPirata roadbook app, with firmware that recognises single, double and long presses.
3D-Printed Designs
Designer
An ongoing body of 3D design work shared publicly. Some pieces came out of my own breakages, mostly on the motorcycle; others were commissions from people who needed a lost or broken part recreated. The rally controller enclosure and its mounts are published here too.
